We see that the organization has
full plan regarding achievements of goals and targets. They hire people who can
help organization in achieving goals and targets. Individuals need to assess
their skills and competencies against defined role and requirements and
organizational objectives. This assessment helps individual in improving their
skills and competencies because when individual matches his skills and
competencies against the roles, he finds out the difference and by improving or
removing the difference, a person can give best performance which is in great
favor of the organization and organization needs such persons. This creates a

appreciated.
