The Importance of Continual Self Development in Achieving Organizational Objectives.

Organizational objectives are those things which a company has decided to achieve within specific period of time. It may be short term, medium term or long term goals. When organization sets some goals then it needs specific individuals who can help organizational in achieving goals and targets. We also see that as the time is passing, different forms of work or job are arising. Now in order to be effective and be helpful to organization in achieving goals and targets, he needs to be in the process of continual self development. In this modern world we see that new methods are being discovered and new technology is being invented, so in order to get benefit from all the new things one must possess the latest knowledge and experience.

Individuals with same old knowledge and experience cannot get a long term job in the company because a new candidate having strong skills can eliminate this candidate. With the updated knowledge and skills they can make organization understand their need and company or organization does not want to lose such persons who help organization in achieving goals and targets. A person with continual self development can find better opportunities and enjoy a good status. It is not only helpful for organization but also for the individual.
