IMPACT OF THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN ON THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE DEFINED ROLES REQUIREMENTS ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES,

With organizational plan we set the criteria and a map towards achieving goals and targets. If we follow it well we can get success to much extent. Now the question is that how our success is related to organizational success and what is the benefit of our success or skills to organization. The answer is very simple organization is nothing alone here we see different people working at work place in the shape of individual, in the shape of teams and groups. Organizations need talented people and talented people got talent internally, it may be in the shape of following personal development plan in a good way. If we have talent it means organization has talent and if we have not it means organization has not. Because individuals after following development plan become more skilled and then use that skill for the betterment of organization.  When they use better kind of skills definitely company will get benefit out of it.
