EVER CHANGING WORLD AND ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES

In this ever changing world we see that only those workers get jobs or survive in the firms who are having good skills. We also observe that organizations prefer workers with extraordinary skills who can prove helpful for the company in achieving goals and targets. The workers without skills are discouraged by the organizations. We also see that the world is changing rapidly and in order to secure one’s existence, one must develop his skills continuously. If the level of the person remains at one single level then it would be difficult for that person to be the part of the company because the competition is very high in the market and company prefers best out of available employees. It is also useful to get success and to gain competitive edge. As for company this is a very serious issue and company relates this issue with the success or failure. With the help of such people at work who are improving their skills continuously can help organization in achieving goals and targets. In this assignment we discuss the same issue from different aspects and try to build a strong understanding of the topic.
